AA and Al-Anon invite you to this annual event where groups hold workshops on areas and topics of interest to our fellowships and in our programs of recovery.
Each workshop will begin on the hour and run NO MORE THAN 50 minutes to allow for the turnover of the meeting space.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- If you are moderating a 9 am workshop you must “Claim Host” by using the host key emailed to you.
- Verify chat with host only is set (see Zoom Chair Guide below) at the beginning of the meeting.
- If you are moderating a later workshop, inform the current host that you are taking over, and they will assign you as host (if the “claim host” option is not available in the participants window it means that someone else currently has that role).
- If the group would like to moderate for itself and call on people after the speaker(s) share, you can assign them as a co-host. Do not relinquish the host role to the group conducting the workshop.
