Did you know that 4th Wednesday of the month is an exchange meeting to fill and receive outgoing committments for your group? Meet at the SIA office @ 7:30 PM and fill your calendar up with outgoing speaking commitments. If you chair an institution meeting, you may obtain speakers and literature for your commitment. If you are an institution rep for your group, come and get a commitment for your group.

If you hold an institution commitment, or are the institution rep for your group, please call Joe C. and give him your Name, Home Group, commitment (time & place) and phone number. This will help SIA to compile their master listing of all institution commitments it covers.

The Corrections Correspondence Service needs male volunteers. There are over 250 male alcolholics behind the walls waiting for letters from AA members. Please announce the need for correspondents at your home group. Members interested in working with Suffolk County's Bridging the Gap program, which helps to introduce recently released inmates into local AA meetings can contact Suffolk General Service.
